  1、材料:冬蟲夏草9克,沙參12克,金錢龜200克,豬精肉200克,雞湯、大蔥、生姜、料酒、胡椒粉、精鹽,味精、香油各适量。

  2、将沙參用溫氷浸透切片,待用;将活金錢龜殺死治淨,剁塊,入沸水鍋氽透,撈出,用溫水洗淨;将豬精肉切塊,與沙參片、冬蟲夏草及金錢龜肉放入蒸碗内,擺上蔥節、姜片,澆上料酒,注入雞湯,蓋好,上籠蒸2小時,下籠屜,撈出精肉、蔥節、姜片不用,加入精鹽、味精、胡椒粉調好味即可服食。
