  1、豬肉洗淨瀝幹剁成肉糜。

  2、蝦仁洗淨挑出泥腸,加入肉糜剁勻。

  3、胡蘿蔔擦茸,拌入;調味,加入蔥花及蛋清,按一個方向攪拌。

  4、蛋黃加少許鹽、蔥花,煎成蛋餅,切絲成蛋皮。

  5、馄饨包好,排放整齊,冷凍,方便随時食用。
