  1、金銀芋圓甜湯的用料:紅薯半個、木薯粉、小湯圓、冰糖、醪糟

  2、将紅薯洗淨,去皮,切片,上鍋蒸至軟爛。

  3、将蒸好的紅薯摁成泥,晾涼;在薯泥完全涼透後加入木薯粉,不用稱量,小勺加三勺木薯粉,拌勻,如果捏着粘手就再加兩勺,攪拌均勻,粘手不能成形就再加,直至能用手将其搓圓成形

  4、水燒開後加入搓好的芋圓,芋圓上浮後就可以撈出盛入碗裡備用;重新燒水,倒入醪糟,冰糖煮開,加入小湯圓,湯圓上浮後,連湯一起倒入碗裡。大家開動吧。
