  1、仰卧起坐,一種鍛煉身體的方式。

  2、仰卧,兩腿并攏,兩手上舉,利用腹肌收縮,兩臂向前擺動,迅速成坐姿,上體繼續前屈,兩手觸腳面,低頭;然後還原成坐姿。

  3、如此連續進行。練仰卧起坐,速度要因人而異。最初可以嘗試一分鐘做5次,此後慢慢增加,直至達到30次左右。
