做魚松的步驟

  1、食材龍利魚洗淨瀝幹水份,将魚剁成泥。

  2、剁好的魚泥放入碗中,放黃酒、鹽、老抽、糖、生抽攪拌。

  3、然後放入面包筒裡,按肉松鍵,做魚松有水份【中間将水份倒出】,按了二次做成,制做完取出放涼即可。

  4、龍利魚水份太多,最好用青魚或鲢魚,魚肉用攪拌機攪拌細膩口感會更好,喜歡辣的可放點辣。
