  1、調料:豆瓣10克,大蔥5克,姜5克,大蒜(白皮)5克,醬油5克,澱粉(豌豆)5克,醋3克,雞精2克,白砂糖5克,植物油15克。

  2、步驟:香菇、豆腐幹、慈菇和蔥、蒜、姜均切成細粒;豬肉剁碎,濕澱粉、醬油和白糖兌芡待用;豆瓣剁細;鍋内放油燒熱,先後放豆瓣、蔥、姜、蒜、碎肉、香菇和豆腐幹、慈菇翻炒出香味,加高湯,改中火燒沸後加兌好的濕芡和雞精,稍加攪拌即成醬湯;另煮面條,食用時加入做好的醬湯即可。
