  1、長江鮰魚200克,基圍蝦10個,西蘭花100克,老母雞湯250克,鹽、色拉油各适量。

  2、将長江鮰魚宰殺後治淨,取肉,切成長為6厘米左右的段。

  3、炒鍋上火,注入雞湯,小火燒開,放入魚段浸3分鐘後關火焖至熟。

  4、将基圍蝦、西蘭花飛水,點綴裝盤即成。
