  1、準備食材:幹黃醬5克,五花肉100克,醬油10毫升,老抽10毫升,鹽5克,糖5克,蔥蒜各10克,花椒5克,桂皮5克。

  2、蔥蒜切片,五花肉切塊,五花肉切片後放入涼水鍋,焯水開鍋後撈出備用。

  3、熱鍋燒油,下入糖、花椒、桂皮和蔥蒜煸香,然後加入老抽、醬油、鹽和幹黃醬,把水燒開,下入五花肉片,把上一步的炒料倒入肉中,小火煮90分鐘,關火焖一個小時再撈出。
