蘑菇洋蔥燴面怎麼做

  1、白蘑菇和香菇洗淨去蒂,切片待用;洋蔥去皮,切小條;

  2、面取出,放到容器裡,用清水浸泡3,5分鐘之後,用手輕輕撥弄就全部散開了,撈出瀝水待用;瘦肉切片,加入澱粉和料酒拌勻;

  3、鍋内放植物油适量,油熱,将洋蔥放下去炒出香味,再把肉片下到鍋内,劃散至肉片9分熟;

  4、白蘑菇和香菇片也加入到鍋内,轉中小火,翻炒至蘑菇開始有些變軟,加入豆豉辣醬翻炒均勻;

  5、看蘑菇基本上熟了,将面加入,翻炒3分鐘左右,根據所使用辣醬的鹹度,加入适量鹽或者不加,翻炒均勻出鍋,把芹菜葉子切碎撒在上面即可。
