  1、西瓜最好是别在睡覺前吃,由西瓜有有利排尿作用,吃多了不但對腎髒功能導緻壓力,并且夜裡頻繁上廁所也影響歇息。

  2、西瓜是生冷食物之品,吃多了易傷腸胃,因此 ,脾胃虛弱、消化不良、排便滑洩者少食為宜,多食則會腹脹、腹瀉、胃口降低,還會繼續積寒助濕,造成病症。一次食入甜瓜過多,甜瓜中的很多水份會淡化胃酸,造成消化不良和消化道免疫力下降。
