  1、主料:面粉100克,雞蛋1個。輔料:小蘇打1克,鹽2克。

  2、碗中倒入面粉、小蘇打、鹽、雞蛋、食用油,攪拌成絮狀。

  3、揉成面團,醒發一小時。

  4、面團刷油,對半切,按壓成餅,中間劃三刀。

  5、起鍋倒油,待到七成熱,放入油餅,小火炸至兩面金黃,出鍋即可食用。
