牛油家庭食用方法

  1、材料:蒜頭1個、蝦8隻、牛油30克、鹽半勺、黑椒1勺、番茜葉适量(如無用香菜)。

  2、剪走蝦頭,剝去蝦殼,保留蝦尾部分,沿蝦背剪開後挑走蝦線備用。

  3、再把蝦洗幹淨瀝幹并吸走多餘水分,用鹽和半勺黑椒腌20分鐘備用。

  4、蒜頭去皮及切片後,熱鍋下牛油,用小火慢煎半炸蒜片至金黃上色。

  5、蝦下鍋伴炒均勻至熟成并灑上少許黑椒,上碟後可用番茜葉(香菜亦可)或擠檸檬汁即可上桌。
