  1、把雞蛋的蛋清和蛋黃分離,放置兩個容器中。

  2、在蛋黃中加入玉米油,牛奶和低筋面粉,攪拌均勻。

  3、把純淨水,面粉,鹽和糖桂花加入蛋清中,打發到蛋白霜發泡。

  4、把蛋白霜加入蛋黃糊中,攪拌均勻倒入模具中。

  5、烤箱預熱,把模具放入烤箱中烤制。上火110度,下火130度,時間為55分鐘即可。
