  1、主料:雞蛋50克,番茄100克,北豆腐200克,

  2、調料:植物油50克,大蔥10克,鹽3克,味精1克

  3、番茄均切成四塊;

  4、豆腐切成小方塊;

  5、雞蛋敲入碗中,加适量鹽攪勻;

  6、鍋上火倒入植物油,油燒至八分熱時,下番茄炒後,放入适量水和豆腐;

  7、待湯開時倒入雞蛋攪拌,起鍋盛碗,放入适量蔥花、鹽、味精調味即成。
