  1、将雞蛋打入鍋中,鍋中倒入牛奶并加熱,加入糖、淡奶。将雞蛋液加入牛奶中攪拌均勻後加三花、煉乳攪拌均勻。倒入準備好的模具中,放進烤箱,設置上210度,下220度,烘烤22分鐘,取出即可。

  2、牛奶和細砂糖攪拌。手動打散雞蛋。雞蛋液和牛奶攪拌。淡牛奶攪拌均勻。将蛋撻液倒入。放入烤箱即可。
