  1、先把鮮筍處理一下,洗淨後對半切開。

  2、然後放入冷水鍋裡加一勺白糖焯熟,約2分鐘。

  3、蒜頭切末,小米辣切碎,分别加入适量鹽、生抽、麻油和陳醋,拌勻。

  4、焯熟的鮮筍撈出後放入涼開水裡浸泡一下即可。
