  1、主料:魚頭一隻半,雞半邊。

  2、魚頭放在熱油裡兩面炸上色後撈出來備用。前後不用5分鐘。

  3、鍋裡少放點油爆香姜片和蒜梗。放雞肉放進去炒,灑點白酒去異味,然後多加點鹽炒到變色。

  4、雞炒好後放魚頭進去,放三碗水,兩勺子生抽中火煮熟雞肉就行了,這時候大概剩一碗湯。

  5、火鍋端出來,連湯帶肉把魚頭和雞倒進去,撒一把蒜苗。
