  1、一碗白面加入5克酵母,溫水和面,和成光滑面團,放置至2倍大;

  2、芹菜切成丁,加鹽析出水分;

  3、處理好的芹菜與豬肉放置在一起,加入熟油,蔥丁,幹姜面,花椒面,蚝油,鹽拌勻;

  4、将處理好的面擀成餃子皮大小,略厚;

  5、将面皮與餡包成包子。
