剁椒子姜滑肉片

  1、豬肉清洗一下,切成厚薄适中的肉片,加入鹽1/2小勺、白酒1/2小勺抓拌均勻,然後加入3小勺水澱粉給肉片上漿。

  2、姜洗淨,切成和肉片差不多大小的薄片,蔥切末備用。

  3、鍋中放油,油熱後,将漿好的肉片下鍋滑炒,肉片變白時,加入1/2小勺海鮮醬油給肉片上色提味,加入剁辣椒翻炒均勻,然後關火,将肉片盛出。

  4、另起鍋放少許油,将姜片下鍋翻炒,等到姜片斷生,将事先超好的肉片放入鍋中一起翻炒均勻,即可關火 。
