  1、淨芹菜300克,瘦豬肉150克,植物油75克,醬油15克,精鹽3克,味精1克,蔥花、姜末各适量。

  2、将芹菜擇洗幹淨,剖開後切成3厘米長的段,豬肉洗淨,切成5厘米長的絲,待用。

  3、炒勺上火,放油燒熱,放入肉絲煸炒變色,加入蔥花、姜末略炒一下,烹入醬油,炒勻,然後放入芹菜煸炒幾下,最後加精鹽、味精,炒勺,出勺裝盤即成。
