  1、食材:瘦豬肉50克,油菜250克,植物油50克,醬油10克,精鹽5克,料酒3克,水澱粉15克,蔥、姜末少許。

  2、将瘦豬肉切成指甲蓋大小的肉片,用醬油、水澱粉、料酒上漿;用旺火溫油将肉片滑散撈出瀝油。

  3、油菜擇洗幹淨,切成2厘米大小的碎塊。

  4、将油放入鍋内,然後放入滑好的肉片、蔥姜末、醬油、精鹽,攪炒均勻,投入油菜急炒幾下即成。
