酸辣脆爽蘿蔔條

  1、原料:蘿蔔2根(普通大小)、鹽3~4勺(隻是用來讓蘿蔔出水)、生抽5勺、醋5勺、白糖5勺、蚝油1勺、蒜5瓣(切片)、小米辣根據個人口味放(切片)、水約可淹沒蘿蔔的1/3即可。

  2、蘿蔔切條,放3~4勺鹽腌1~2小時。腌蘿蔔的過程,準備足夠的涼白開,将生抽、醋、白糖、蚝油及清水,煮開放涼備用。出水後的蘿蔔條,用清水洗淨,最後用涼白開沖洗兩遍,控水備用。晾涼的調料水中加入蒜片、辣椒圈。将蘿蔔條與調料水充分混合後,倒入密閉容器中,放冰箱即可。腌一夜即刻享用,酸辣脆爽!
