  1、材料:白果200克,茨實100克,紅棗八隻去核,龍眼肉一湯匙,冰糖250克。

  2、将白果去殼後,放入滾水中高火3分鐘,去衣洗淨。

  3、冰糖加四杯半水,低火12分鐘至滾。

  4、把白果、茨實、紅棗、龍眼肉、冰糖水放入器皿内,低火1小時即可。
