  1、準備耗兒魚10條,鹽一勺,料酒一勺,大蒜一顆。

  2、耗兒魚解凍後洗淨,倒入适量料酒和鹽腌制15分鐘。

  3、鍋内加入食用油,燒熱後,加入豆瓣炒香,接着将輔料倒入鍋中炒香。

  4、接着倒入耗兒魚翻炒,加入清水沒過食材,大火燒開調中火繼續燒6至7分鐘,水快燒幹時倒入芹菜翻炒,接着加入鹽和味精即可。
