  1、将蒜黃洗幹淨,切成段。

  2、取三隻鵝蛋,用筷子将蛋黃與蛋清打碎。

  3、鍋内倒上食用油。

  4、待油溫熱後,将鵝蛋倒入鍋中,成形後用鏟子攪碎盛出備用。

  5、将鍋内放油,蒜黃倒入鍋中,放入食鹽,加水翻炒。

  6、将炒好的鵝蛋放入鍋中。

  7、熟後盛出,美味制作完畢。
