  1、食材:豬心一個,豆腐三兩,西芹、蒜苗、小蔥、姜片等。

  2、将豬心用鹽、白醋反複搓洗,直到沒有血水溢出為止,然後用姜片、蔥頭、蒜頭、料酒、蚝油、醬油、花生油等拌勻腌制半小時。

  3、鍋裡放油,油冒煙時放入豆腐片煽炒,然後放入腌好的豬心快速翻炒。

  4、再放入洗切好的芹菜蔥等快速炒熟後即可食用。
