  1、葛根粉200g、糯米粉300g、調料糖200g、色拉油800g、白芝麻30g、泡打粉15g。

  2、将葛根粉、玉米粉、調料糖和水一起調勻,不停地饧半小時左右;

  3、加入泡打粉後揉成圓形,蘸上白芝麻後将芝麻團搓緊待用;

  4、在鍋内放入色拉油,用大火燒至四分熟時放如芝麻團;

  5、用笊籬輕輕推動芝麻團,等它浮起來時用竹把撈子輕柔表面;

  6、當芝麻團的體積膨脹到下鍋前的5倍大小時就可以起鍋了。
