  1、火力和蒸汽是蒸魚關鍵因素。

  2、一般在酒樓做清蒸鲈魚是用比較密閉的海鮮蒸櫃,蒸一條500~600g的鲈魚大約需要8分鐘,但是家裡普通的蒸鍋蒸汽壓力小,所以蒸10分鐘比較靠譜。太大的鲈魚未必好吃,一般最大不超過一斤半,一斤大小的最好吃!
