  1、原料:苦瓜200克、瘦肉20克、蒜5瓣、紅椒1隻。

  2、調料:鹽4克、味精2克、白糖2克、老抽王1克、濕澱粉适量、熟雞油1克。

  3、苦瓜去籽切成塊,瘦肉切成粒,蒜留整個,紅椒切成粒。

  4、鍋内加水,待水開時,投入苦瓜塊,用中火煮片刻,撈起沖透。

  5、另燒鍋下油,放入蒜、瘦肉粒炒香,加入苦瓜塊,注入清湯,調入鹽、味精、白糖、老抽王燒透入味,撒紅椒粒後用濕澱粉勾芡,淋入熟雞油即可。
