  1、紅薯蒸熟,趁熱搗成紅薯泥。

  2、紅薯泥中加入等量糯米粉,加入适量糖(不加也可以),利用紅薯泥的溫度,揉成不粘手的面團。

  3、取一小團面團,裹入紅豆沙,封口揉圓。

  4、放入模子整形,脫模。模子可以事先抹上油,這樣脫模很容易。

  5、上鍋大火蒸十分鐘。

  6、取出晾一下,熱着吃柔軟,涼了吃爽口。
