  1、主料:青鱗魚5條 調料:鹽、生抽、料酒、胡椒粉、黑胡椒粉、辣椒粉。

  2、青鱗魚去除内髒洗淨、加入鹽、生抽、料酒、胡椒粉、黑胡椒粉、辣椒粉抓均腌制20分鐘。

  3、電餅铛預熱後,調至烤魚檔中火,将魚放至煎盤上煎制。

  4、魚身兩面都煎制金黃色成熟時即可盛盤食用。
