  1、材料:嫩豆腐250克,細鹽、味精、小麻油各适量。

  2、嫩豆腐切厚片。

  3、起湯鍋,放水1大腕。

  4、先倒入豆腐,加細鹽适量。

  5、用大火燒沸湯後,繼續燒開5分鐘,加味精,淋上小麻油 ,裝碗即可完成家常豆腐湯。
