  1、淡墨魚煲雞湯:材料:墨魚幹、老母雞、老姜、胡椒等。墨魚用溫水泡發後洗淨切塊,老母雞宰殺後去毛、内髒、腳爪、氽水去掉血污。炖鍋置火上,摻入清湯,放入老雞、墨魚、老姜、胡椒,燒開後去掉浮沫,調小火力炖至老雞熟軟離骨時,放入鹽、味精起鍋即成。

  2、墨魚幹節瓜煲豬踭:材料:幹墨魚120克、節瓜800克、豬踭肉500克、紅棗3枚、生姜2~3片。節瓜刮去皮、紅棗去核,均洗淨;幹墨魚用清水浸泡1小時,洗淨切塊,可取去墨魚骨;豬踭洗淨,然後與生姜一起放進瓦煲内,加入清水2500毫升(約10碗水量),先用武火煲沸後,改用文火煲2個小時,調入适量食鹽和少許生油便可。
