  1、食材:茭白2根,豬五花肉3兩,蔥,姜,蒜,泡花椒,雞精各适量。

  2、五花肉切片,茭白切片備用,鍋洗淨燒幹水分,放入肉煉出少許油;

  3、放入泡花椒爆香,下入剁椒炒香;

  4、加入姜出香味,放入茭白翻炒一分鐘;加入高湯或水大火燒開改中火炖10分鐘;

  5、放入大蒜和蔥花拌勻,再加入雞精拌勻即可裝盤。
