  1、黃豆泡發後瀝幹,分幾次倒入料理機内,加1000克水打成漿。

  2、打好的豆漿用紗布過濾出豆渣,過濾好的豆漿倒入鍋中,煮開後再煮三分鐘關火,撇去浮沫。

  3、杯中倒入3g内酯,用30g溫水化開,向豆漿中倒入化開的内酯,用勺子攪勻,蓋上蓋子靜置20分鐘即可。
