生煎肉的做法川味

  1、裡脊肉切成形似銀元大小的薄片,再将每片輕輕地拍松,放入容器内。

  2、紹酒、醬油各半放入肉片上,加入洋蔥末,雞蛋清、幹澱粉攪拌均勻。

  3、炒鍋内加豬油燒五成熱,将肉片放入鍋内兩面煎黃、倒入漏勺。

  4、炒鍋内留油25克,放入蔥、姜片炝香,下入肉片,西紅柿醬及餘下調料燒至收汁,裝盤即成。
