  1、準備好食材:已經水煮過的臘豬耳朵2個、蒜頭2個和薄皮青椒1個。

  2、把蒜剁成蒜粒放在湯碗中,再加入适量的蚝油、生抽和醋攪拌均勻。把青椒切成細絲起入湯碗中攪拌均勻腌漬10分鐘。把臘豬耳朵切成細絲,也放入湯碗中。一起攪拌均勻,再淋上适量的香油即可裝盤上桌開吃了。
