  1、準備米飯、鳗魚、黃瓜、海藻、及調味品。

  2、在蒸熟的米飯内按照100:1放入壽司醋拌勻備用;

  3、鳗魚、黃瓜大根切條備用,其中黃瓜一定要去心;

  4、壽司簾上放上海苔,把米飯、海藻鋪勻(一定要四面留白);

  5、在鋪好的米飯一邊放入鳗魚條、黃瓜條、大根條,用壽司簾卷好;

  6、刀沾水,切塊即可,沾壽司醬油和辣根,特别美味。
