  1、香螺吐去泥沙,反複清洗幹淨。

  2、香螺放入大碗中,加料酒、姜片、少許鹽腌十分鐘去腥。

  3、多功能料理機主機内放入清水,鍋内放姜片,把香螺放在姜片上。

  4、多功能蒸汽料理機設置1380W,5分鐘就可以出鍋了。

  5、蒸熟的香螺用牙簽輕輕一挑,肉就整個出來了。
