  1、幹黃豆洗幹淨後放鍋裡小火炒,大約10分鐘左右,用手捏黃豆,黃豆變軟,放嘴裡有軟酥的感覺,就炒好了。

  2、事先在碗裡放上白開水,三勺鹽,把炒好的黃豆倒在鹽水裡。鹽水不用多,腌2個小時就可以吃了。可以放在麻辣燙和米粉裡吃,也可以吃早飯喝粥的時候吃,下飯。
