  1、先把香雪筋爽餃子粉和好醒着。肉餡放橄榄油、姜粉、花椒粉、大料粉、醬油、食用油等調料調制;

  2、放蔥碎、鹽攪勻;把面團搓長條;切小劑子;壓扁擀開成又大又薄的餃子皮;把皮兒轉圈輕折一下散開;

  3、放入餡料。放虎口上一提,輕掬一下,這個燒麥就包好了。上籠屜蒸熟即可。
