  1、做法:取銀耳5克,用溫水浸泡半小時,洗去泥沙,摘除木質部分,放砂鍋内,兌入70%的清水。先用武火,水開後用文火煎煮20分鐘,再加入适量冰糖,待糖溶化後即可服用。

  2、将銀耳去蒂洗淨放入壓力鍋内鍋中,倒入枸杞、紅棗、冰糖蓋上鍋蓋,壓力調到米飯檔,保壓時間10分鐘後,即可食用,也可放入冰箱中冷卻後食用。
