  1、檸檬切片,香菜切段,小米椒切圈,姜蒜切片備用。

  2、雞爪去指甲剁成塊,冷水下鍋焯水,砂鍋裡放入準備好的配料,加入醬油20克,陳醋20克,白糖一勺。

  3、然後倒入鳳爪,攪拌均勻,放入冰箱冷藏4個小時以上,時間越久越入味。
