  1、材料:鯉魚500克。輔料:蔥、姜、蒜、香菇、棗、精鹽、醋、醬油、料酒、食用油。

  2、把魚洗幹淨,用精鹽浸漬10分鐘待用;

  3、鍋内放少許油,油燒熱後,用蔥花炝鍋,然後加入适量水(漫過魚身即可),将魚放入鍋内;

  4、放入料酒、蔥、姜、蒜、醋、香菇、棗,大火燒開;

  5、開鍋後,慢炖30分鐘左右即可。
