  1、在調蘸汁的時候,可以多加一點醋,食用能減淡餃子的鹹味;

  2、将熟餃子的肉餡與皮分開,将肉用水再多煮一會,用水稀釋鹹味;

  3、餡鹹了,可加适量白糖,即可解鹽;

  4、餡鹹了,用摻有白酒的水浸泡,有明顯的去鹹的效果。
