白蘿蔔炖牛腩的做法

  1、準備食材,牛腩切塊,姜切片,蔥切段,八角扳開,香菜洗淨切段備用,蘿蔔去皮切成塊。

  2、牛腩冷水入鍋,加10粒花椒、一小段蔥、3片姜,煮去其中血水,同時砂鍋放水燒開,牛腩撈起沖洗幹淨瀝幹。

  3、砂鍋水開放入牛腩和剩餘的姜蔥花椒八角。大火燒開,中火炖3小時,鍋加水燒開,放白蘿蔔焯水,去其苦味,撈起備用。

  4、3小時牛腩已有些酥爛,舀一半起來涼了放冰箱,下次用,放白蘿蔔繼續炖半小時,炖至牛腩軟爛,蘿蔔熟透,放少許鹽調味,舀起撒香菜,完成。
