  1、原料:新鮮闆栗500克。

  2、做法:

  首先将闆栗洗幹淨,瀝幹水分。再用刀在闆栗背上切一刀。放入蒸鍋籠屜上,大火上汽後,轉中火15-20分鐘,看到闆栗小口透出來金黃的肉質,用筷子輕輕戳一下,熟透了即可關火,取出時當心熱氣燙手。
