  1、材料:白豆幹,小魚幹1/4碗,蔥五支,蒜一個,辣椒一支,豆醬半大匙,素蚝油一大匙,香油一大匙,醬油一大匙,油半大匙,糖半大匙,黑醋一大

  2、先将白豆幹切片,用開水燙一下。

  3、先熱半大匙油的油鍋,炒香蒜末,加上小魚幹慢慢爆,再加入半大匙糖與一大匙的醬油與半大匙的豆醬。再加入蔥段與辣椒段。

  4、将做法二倒入做法一中,再加入黑醋、香油、素蚝油、拌一拌,放入冰箱冰三小時。
