  1、雞蛋打散,放少量鹽,烙成雞蛋餅。

  2、雞蛋餅切菱形條,火腿腸切片,大蔥、菠菜切碎備用。

  3、炒鍋燒少量油,下蔥姜煸炒出香味。

  4、倒入開水煮開,調入适量鹽,下肉丸和酥肉。

  5、再次燒開下火腿腸、菠菜,調入适量白胡椒粉,出鍋前放入蛋餅,調入适量芝麻油即可。
