  1、羊肉片适量、洋蔥适量、鹽适量、雞精适量、辣椒粉适量、孜然粉适量。

  2、做法:把洋蔥切絲。鍋内倒入适量的油,油熱後倒入洋蔥翻炒。接着倒入羊肉片繼續翻炒。然後放入鹽,雞精,辣椒粉,孜然粉,翻炒均勻,炒熟後就可以裝盤。
